The bus pulled out of a snowy Golden, Colorado on January 7th, heading towards Columbia, Missouri to kick off the 2008 winter tour. We have a lot of cities to tackle this time, so make sure to catch a show or two. It's very likely we'll be making a stop somewhere near you! BHTM Caribbean Cruise 2009?
Due to continued inquiries about another BHTM cruise, we are asking for your help in getting a good feel for the number of fans seriously interested in a Caribbean vacation in 2009. The plan would be to sail to the less-visited islands of the Grenadines on the luxury small cruise ship Royal Clipper, departing Saturday, February 28, and returning on Saturday, March 7, 2009. The five-masted sailing ship is the largest true sailing ship in service in the world. Extensive onboard watersports, including snorkeling, windsurfing, ocean kayaking, Sunfish sailboats, Zodiac excursions, Scuba and deep sea fishing are just the beginning of the list of activities available. Fine dining, a spa and gym, and only one week to experience it all. Join the band and crew onboard for island hopping, tropical drinks, and exclusive BHTM performances. ...at the Red Rocks show two years ago, I drag along a college friend. He's into BHTM, but not a fanatic like some. He joins me for the pre-show cruiser party up top. After meeting various cruisers and watching the interactions, my buddy comments, "These are great people." And that's what it's all about. If you haven't done one of these trips yet and are wondering, is it really worth it, the answer, quite simply, is yes. The ship is incredible, the places we visit are a blast, the shows are terrific but the people make it all come together... I can't imagine doing a cruise without 150 of my fellow fans aboard - being aboard another cruise ship full of true strangers would be torture after the first two (BHTM) cruises. So if you're on the fence, jump down and join us on the Ship of Fools (to borrow a title from an old Robert Plant song), and have the time of your life.
